Mighty Music Bingo is great for simple, fun, team-building style programs for your corporation or organization. We will work with you to design a great program at extremely affordable rates.

MMB works well for small groups in a relaxed setting, or it would work equally well in an integral part of a larger or more formal event.

We can customize as desired but here’s some examples of how an MMB fundraiser could be run, live or virtually! 

PAY AT DOOR/PAY PER CARD Live event with everyone on site, Bingo and Trivia.

* Typically you will charge your guests a flat fee (usually $25-$50 per person) for the Bingo cards and when they arrive they will receive a card for each of the two rounds we will be playing. You can also charge for additional cards, $5 to $10 a card is common. That’s $5,000 just on Bingo Cards alone for 200 people at the $25 base rate. 

We can also help you facilitate silent auctions, 50/50 raffles etc. Clients often bring in pizza slices, sandwiches etc., and have people purchase them to raise additional funds. Generally speaking, with what you raise from the Bingo and associated fundraising on site we shouldn’t be more than 5-10% of your total cost

Cost is $550 with supplies for up to 100 people (two I hour rounds with 100 cards printed for each round) markers and DJ music before and after for a 3 hour window, $100 per hour overtime. Cost would be .50 for each person over 100, we would need a firm estimate 48 hours prior. If you want to add a 4th hour or go overtime night of, cost is $100 for an additional hour.

Once the event starts we incorporate a general trivia question ice breaker to start the event and the entire event is very inter-active as people compete for the “Bingo Bucks” .  As your guests answer trivia questions from the host, name that tune, dance to the music, or attain Bingo’s and “Four Corners”, they are rewarded “Bingo Bucks”. We can provide any kind of musical theme you’d like for the rounds, otherwise we select them, typically having one round be “Mega Party Hits”.
